Bring Us the Questions You Already Have
If you are thinking about building, remodeling, buying land, or adding an ADU, it helps to share the project location, property status, rough budget, timeline, design goals, land questions, ADU interest, and any drawings or inspiration you already have.
Good reasons to reach out early include asking us about a lot before you buy, reviewing common custom home questions, checking whether a budget matches the site, comparing ADU options, reviewing where we work, or using the project cost calculator as a starting point for the conversation.
Should I reach out before I own land?
Yes. If you are still looking at property, we can talk through the kinds of site questions that may affect design and construction.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Bring whatever you have: a property address, survey, inspiration images, HOA documents, rough goals, or a list of questions. If you only have an idea, that is okay too.
Do you work outside Boise?
We work across the communities listed on our areas served page. The best next step is to tell us where the property is so we can talk about what applies to that location.
